Breton cake


Preheat the oven to thermostat 5/6, 170°C.
In a salad bowl put the 6 egg yolks. Add the sugar. Blanch the sugar and eggs.
Add the flour and yeast, as well as the softened but not melted butter. To mix it all up.
Put the dough obtained in a buttered mold (Tefal). Smooth the top well with a spoon.
Spread an egg yolk on the cake with a brush and draw lines with a fork.
To finish:
Cook for 30 minutes in a low oven.
